What drives me crazy about company's is the only time they actually try to value you as a customer is when you call to say cancel my account. I myself have been with my same phony company/Internet company and canceled them today! They have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with for well over a year now. They could never get my bill under control and it was like one agent didn't know what they were doing from the next. The final nail in this company's coffin was when they told me " well you might as well go with another provider" Really??? Well needless to say him saying that lost them their business. I am sure I am not the only one who has had this happen! But I don't feel I should call and fight a company once a month because they aren't giving me the price they stated to me! In this economy people still have choices of who they can go with for services so be careful what you say!
I hope everyone tries to have a good Monday, I think I woke up on the wrong side of the bed today!

The looks on some of there faces are just priceless! I hope you enjoy them all as much as I do!

Growing up
Growing up....it is inevitable! You spend your first 18 year wishing it would happen so fast and then after your 18th birthday and living on your own paying your own bills you start to learn adulthood isn't all that it is cracked up to be! Going to work everyday and being a normal person are just harder to do! You seem to have a blindfold on throughout childhood that hid a lot of sadness and stress! You felt unstoppable. Now the only way I can feel unstoppable is after a nap, a cup of coffee, and talking myself into to doing something productive! Lol. Now your days are spent working instead of playing. How unfair right? Any kids reading this...DON'T BLINK! It will be gone before you know it!
I am only 24 and yet I already noticed I have started to turn into a old lady!
For instance this list: 25 ways to tell your a grown up. It is quite a funny list. All of them I don't agree with because I have never been a drinker or partier. But the list is worth a read and will put a smile o your face because you are gonna agree with some!

Well it is time to go back to being a grownup and go to work! Have a great day!

Winter Blue's
Have you been feeling bummed lately?
Winter can be blamed! Due to less exposure to sunlight in the day it can be caused for feelings of depression or simply being sad. Plus feeling warmth on your skin can instantly improve your mood. So before you run off the the doctor thinking you are going insane it may be just a sign of winter blues. And I am sure the holidays don't help since it has been known people are more depressed around the holiday's. I even read a article in which some people who live in Alaska have less then 4 hours a day or less of sunlight a day! That just isn't enough. The study went on to show that these people went on to face a deeper depression. It has been proven that vitamen D has been known to improve your mood. So how can we beat these Winter Blue's?
1. Get out into the Sun for at least 15 minutes a day! Our busy schedules will a lot of time keep us from being able to get outside enjoying the sun. Most kids spend too much time in front of screen and not enough time outside. When I was little I always played outside and I had a blast doing it. Different times I guess.
2. SLEEP!!! ZZZZZZzzzzz....Now is just as good as time as any to get some extra shut eye. Maybe if you can't sleep in then maybe try to head to bed earlier. These winter blues are gonna zap your energy so rest up and try to relax. Maybe a hot bath before bed. That always does the trick for me.
3. Get out of the house! Since I work from home I know first hand I need to get out of the house as much as possible. Go shopping, out to eat, hang with friends, see a movie just anything where you don't have to look at the walls of your home for too long a day.
These are just a few ways that you can beat the winter blue's. I myself have been struggling lately and thought this would be a good topic to touch on!

Bad Customer Service VS. Lower Price
How hard is it this day and age to get good customer service! You either have to pay for crappy service vs paying a good price for service. My theory? I would rather pay more for service that works and good customer service then a lower price and crappy service and customer service. It is one of those case of not being to have your cake and eat it too (my husband hates that expression) lol. Today I was speaking with my phone and internet company and they told me flat out that I would be better off going to another provider since they refused to give me a lower price. WELL, WHAT A ANSWER! This company isn't worth darn since they are always dropping out and have a outage once a month. I am seriously just trying to find the best option but it feels like all I can do is get a run around and not a straight forward answer! Well then when I called another company and was asking question about their phone and internet service the person on the other line said "It is okay you don't know a lot of things about these services, most women don't know about these things only men do" WOW that just made my blood boil! So I hung up on him...he called me back and I told him how mad I was because he said that and he LAUGHED at me. When I told him that this wasn;t funny and kept laughing so I asked to speak with his manager and he hung up me. SO, my point being is why can't I get service and it be affordable? Is that such a crime? These companies are more concerned with greed then with customer service these days.

ZOMBIES!!!!
Okay I love zombie! They are cool and fun! From movies, shows, to video games....they are just awesome! BUT, in a zombie outbreak I think for a few weeks it would be scary HOWEVER I do think they would die off pretty quick. Let face it zombies are dumb! There brains have been compromised to want to eat other humans. But soon after while that would just starve to death by not having anyone to eat because they couldnt eat everyone! Humans are top of the food chain for not their strength but becuase they are smart. Brains always beat Bronze! But anyway here is my fun list of things I wonder about with zombies LOL
1. What happens if they bite someone would HIV or Aids....could they become infected.
2. Wouldnt one really harsh winter wipe them out. What about really hot sun? Wouldn't that make them decompose faster then they already are?
3. If zombies did exsist couldnt vampires taken them out or would they turn into zombies too because they bit the zombie.....then we just have a bunch of zombie vampires around killing everyone. Now that would kinda scary/cool. LOL
My husband and I always for fun talk about where we would go in the event of a zombies. Now again we are just playing but it is always a good time. Today's blog will be short and sweet and kinda fun!

Internet Addiction
I recently read something about people having Internet addiction and I honestly believe it. Could this world go one day without Internet...honesty in today's world I don't think so. My husband and I tend to get a little cranky when our Internet goes out! For me my Internet is my daily routine. I work from home online for 8 hour a day. Then I also play on Facebook throughout the day, watch videos, read, etc...not to mention all the TV I watch through Hulu or Netflix. So yes the Internet is major thing in my household but it is everywhere. People use it for school, work, communication, and pleasure. (Not the dirty kind...I hope lol)
I read a study online that people spend around 11 hours per day using their Internet...those numbers don't surprise me!!! Here a link if you wanna take a look!
http://www.brafton.com/news/multitasking-consumers-spend-up-11-hours-per-day-consuming-content-integrated-marketing-a-must
Does Internet rule your life...think you could challenge yourself to go a week or even a day without Internet? I don't think the average person could do it!

Most annoying songs
Well to kick of today's blog with it being Friday. Rebecca Black comes to mind with her song Friday. So ya Friday,Friday, getting down on Friday. Everybody's looking forward to the weekend.
So with that being said I have compiled a list of what I feel are the most annoying songs! I am pretty sure no matter what generation you think had the best music, there will always be annoying songs that you can't believe they would have been released to the public. But somehow even though these songs are horrible you still find yourself singing it in your head. Here is a list of some that I feel are just horrible.
1. Friday-Rebecca Black
This song is just bad. No other word for it. I swear this girl just sat in a room and wrote down her entire day and just made it into a song. You know that is true when the first part of her song consist of "7am, waking up in the morning
Gotta be fresh, gotta go downstairs
Gotta have my bowl, gotta have cereal
Seein’ everything, the time is goin’
Tickin’ on and on, everybody’s rushin’
Gotta get down to the bus stop
Gotta catch my bus, I see my friends" Seriously? Good for you! You know how to get ready for school just like every other kid! Doesn't make you special! And geez Rebecca why is it so hard to figure out whether you want to kick in the front seat or the back seat...It shouldn't be that time consuming of a decision. Pick a damn seat already and go to school and besides everyone knows "Shotgun" was always the best option!
2. S&M-Rihanna
Yes Rihanna you are bad and you are quite good at it! This song is living proof of that little fact! No I do find this song getting stuck in my head long after it has played on the radio. But each time it does come on I reminded again how stupid the song really is. "Sticks and stones may break my bones
But chains and whips excite me" I am pretty sure the idea of Chris Brown beating you up and then you taking him back excites you too! But you know what he is probably a good guy then huh?
3. Tick Tock-Ke$ha
Where do I even begin with this song. Everyone may know the words but this song is all over the place and makes no sense what-so-ever. First up please explain exactly how you brush your teeth with a bottle of Jack? LOL It sounds more like something a homeless person would do instead of P-Diddy. "and now, the dudes are lining up cause they hear we got swagger But we kick 'em to the curb unless they look like Mick Jagger"I mean really? Mick Jagger? He is UGLY. I can think of so many other guys that look better then him. But then again you are Ke$ha so I am sure you don't have very high standards.
I could go on and on listing every Ke$ha and Beiber song but I would be going on all day. While I am not a fan of Beiber I would go out to say he is no worse then any of these other little teenage boy singers. And just think without we wouldn't have overly attached girlfriend....and lets all admit it, the world would be sad without her!

The life of a High School Student 2012
The life of a High School Student 2012
I took time to sit down with a few different high school to get their personal feel of what high school is like in 2012. It has been several years since I walked the halls of my high school and I am sure it is for a lot of my readers. I wanted to see how much it compares to how it was when I was in school. So here is my interview conducted from 3 different high school students from very different walks of life and different high schools.
Interview #1
Chelbi- 16 years old
Q-What grade are you in?
A-11th Grade Junior
Q-What do you feel is the hardest pressure on student's in school today?
A-To go out and party and drink alcohol.
Q-Do you plan on going to college, and if so what do you want to major in?
A-Yes I do, and I want to major in special education teaching.
Q-What is the biggest trend that goes on around your school?
A-Sadly, it's party
Q-Do you tend to follow a certain clique?
A-No, I'm more of a by myself person
Q-Do you feel like you receive a lot of homework everynight?
A-If I did not have a study hall to complete most of it, then yes I would have a lot.
Q-Do you feel there is a lot of bullying and/or violence at your school?
A-Yes, a lot more than there should be. The whole time I've been attending high school there has been 7 or 8 fights between people over calling names, or judging people
Q-Are you excited for school to end or scared to be out of high school?
A-I'm scared to face the real world after high school.
Q-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A-Hopefully graduated from college and pursuing my career in teaching elementary special education
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Interview #2
David- 17 years old
Q-What grade are you in?
A-12th Grade Senior
Q-What do you feel is the hardest pressure on student's in school today?
A-Fitting in with others because no one wants to be a outcast. That can explain kids falling into peer pressure because their "Friends" want them to do drugs for example, and they don't want to look like a loser, so they do it.
Q-Do you plan on going to college, and if so what do you want to major in?
A-I do plan on going to college but not sure what to major in.
Q-What is the biggest trend that goes on around your school?
A-A lot of kids smoke. More then I use to think. And there's northface jackets everywhere.
Q-Do you tend to follow a certain clique?
A-Not really. I know that's what most kids would probably say, but I don't see myself following into any of the sterotypical groups.
Q-Do you feel like you receive a lot of homework everynight?
A-Not really. I have stuff to do, but I'm not usually overwhelmed unless I procrastinate or don't understand it.
Q-Do you feel there is a lot of bullying and/or violence at your school?
A-There's a good amount. From the message written on the bathroom wall about the possible shooting, there's people who like scaring others or are just looking to be funny.
Q-Are you excited for school to end or scared to be out of high school?
A-Both. I don't want it to end because that is all I know, but a whole new experience is right around the corner. Am I scared? Yes. But I'm also excited.
Q-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A-Oh goodness. Most likely out of college, with a job, just going through the daily grinds of life. Having my own place, a girlfriend, and most importantly winning the lottery. Scratch that last one, but I plan on being happy. That's the goal!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Interview #3
Liz- 15 years old
Q-What grade are you in?
A-10th Grade Sophomore 10th Grade
Q-What do you feel is the hardest pressure on student's in school today?
A-The way they push you to choose your career path in the ninth grade. Yeah, it can be nice to know what you want to do so you can start preparing early; but you shouldn't be pushed to choose what you want to do for the rest of your life if you don't already have an idea already
Q-Do you plan on going to college, and if so what do you want to major in?
A-I want to go to college, but it's really expensive and I don't want to spend the rest of my life in debt. I'm tied between the fine arts field and the medical field. (I know, two REALLY different things) I'd like to do something like work in the E.R. or the ICU maybe, but at the same time I want to own a tattoo and piercing shop.
Q-What is the biggest trend that goes on around your school?
A-Depends on what group/clique you're in. For the 'jocks', they seem to be most interested in driving right now if that counts as a trend. If you mean by stuff people wear, then skinny jeans. 98% of the school has at least one pair of skinny jeans. And at the moment for TV, not everyone but quite a few people have decided they like the anime Naruto<3 it's probably because they are airing it on Toonami again. But I've been following Naruto since I was in 4th grade. hehe
Q-Do you tend to follow a certain clique?
A- I'm not 100% sure. I know when I moved to WV last year, I had trouble finding friends, but the people that were nicest and quickest to accept me were the one that dressed the strangest from a 'normal' person's perspective. Like rainbow dyed hair and a lot of piercings. I'm not sure if you saw it when it first happened and was on the news, but at one point there was something about kids wearing foxtails and forming a wolf pack. And one girl made a similar group based off of it.Basically a wolf pack it a tight knit group where we look and depend on each other like family. But I just look as it as my friends. We don't need a label to feel like we belong.
Q-Do you feel like you receive a lot of homework everynight?
A-Depends. Some days more than others. Like yesterday I had two assignments in science, two assignments in fine arts, memorizing an entire set of vocabulary in one night for Japanese, and one assignment in health. But today I only had one assignment in health and one assignment in science.
Q-Do you feel there is a lot of bullying and/or violence at your school?
A- There can be. If you're not looking to see it, then you won't see it. If you are and you know what it looks like, then you will. People are 'getting better at hiding it. And it's not good.
Q-Are you excited for school to end or scared to be out of high school?
A-I'm not sure. On one hand, it means that I can go out in the world and start my own life, but then there's the problem with money. Especially the way the government and economy are looking money will probably be an issue by the time I'm out of high school. Worse than it is now.
Q-Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A-I'm not sure. I'm not even sure where to see myself in a month. Life changes easily
I really enjoyed seeing each one of there personalities unfold with these questions and get a glimpse into the life of a High School Student once again...

Owning Home Vs. Renting
Owning Home Vs. Renting
Pro's and Con's
Okay most people believe owning your own home may be the American Dream, and for some people that may be true but for others it may be best to rent. I have opinions on that. I currently rent my home and really have no interest in ever buying a home as of yet. Owning your home does give you more freedom inside your home then it does with renting but here is my Pro's and Con's list for both.
Pro's to Owning
Pro's - Your own place no one can tell you how to decorate it meaning painting and installing your own stuff.
-Pets you don't need to pay a deposit or worrying about you not being able to keep your pet.
Con's-Something breaks you have to shell out the money to repair it!
-Not being able to easily move whenever you want since you have your money ties up into this home.
-Property taxes...enough said.
Renting
Pro's- No out of pocket expense for repairs.
- Being able to move at end of lease
- No worries about foreclosure
-Sometimes you don't even have to mow your own lawn lol
Con's-Not being able to paint or decorate like you want
-Sometimes doesn't allow pets
-Landlords entering to do inspections and everything
I myself prefer to rent. It is my personal choice and some may disagree. I feel you got to do what is personally best for your family and what works best in your life. Either one is a good option for whatever works best for you! All that really matters at the end of that day is that you have a place to call home whether it is a apartment or house.

How I Use Facebook...
How I use Facebook...
I use facebook I am sure like a lot of other people. To keep in touch with family in friends on a daily basis. Many people tend to play games on their which I don't tend to do because they are so time consuming and hugely addicting and feel like such a commitment. Is that a weird way to think of it? Maybe! I love each day waking up grabbing my phone and scrolling through my news feed to see what is going on in people's lives. It is addicting. It is like my personal cup of coffee and I am not ashamed to admit it because I feel a lot of other people do the exact same thing. It is our personal comfort. Isn't it crazy that as soon as a big event in our lives happen we have to always open up facebook to let everyone know. Or as soon as we get a great photo taken we are already thinking "Hey I can't wait to upload that to Facebook" We are all guilty of it but these are a few ways we use facebook in our lives...kinda like a daily routine. Some people have it for their personal lives but also many people need to use it for work as well! We live and work in a world of social media. It has become a way to keep in touch but also get our daily dose of News, Drama, Cuteness Overload, or just whatever else it throw at us.
Of course we must come to the topic funny things we all do on facebook whether we admit it or not. One of those things is "facebook stalking" You know where you go to someone's wall to check in on them or just snoop through their photo's. Sometimes you may find out more then you would like to know!!! Becareful when you are facebook stalking and looking at old status's or photo's that you don't accidently "like" one of them because if so your cover is blown!I have personally done that myself a few times.
Few things I dislike about Facebook. Their layout! They think they need to change it about every few months just after we have have begun to learn the old one. Another thing I personally notice about facebook that I don't like is how people just share photo's over and over that have nothing to do with them. They are just humor, political or religous. Over and Over again. Gets a little old. Post a photo of yourself or a update!
Game invites! Clearly if I haven't accepted your farmville app the first time you shouldn't keep sending it over and over again. I feel like a could write a book on all the things that annoy me about facebook but I am creating a blog not a novel. I just wanted to take time to talk about the way I use facebook in my daily life and hopefully you enjoyed reading and maybe got a little laugh.

Bucket List
Have you ever thought of what you would do if this week was your last week alive? Sure there have been movies, and popular ideas about what people would put on their bucket list. The emotional side of me would of course want to spend time with my family and everything. But just for fun sake of a bucket list here are some things I would do!
-Fly somewhere I have never been
-Eat whatever I want whenever I want
-Record a journal to leave for loved ones after I leave explaining my love for them!
-Random act of kindness. Leave someone with something valuable or give a stranger money.
-Maybe do something crazy like skydive or Bungee jumping because why not?
I know my list I probably pretty basic but I thought it would be fun to explore the option! What would you do if you were given a week to live?

Things that drive me crazy
Things that drive me crazy? Kinda a fun little rant of things that get under my skin!
People who use handi-cap parking spaces when really they are just lazy! Drives me nuts! Save them for someone who needs them. My husband and I were at Kroger about a month ago putting grocery in the trunk of our car when we see this woman running back to her car with her kids in the cart...PERFECTLY able to walk....hell she was RUNNING....and she gets into her car parked in a handi-cap parking spot. I seriously wanted to go and slap this lady right upside her head. I used to have a disabled neighbor who lived in the apartment across the hall from me and people would always park in his spot because they were lazy and he would have a hard time walking in because he had to walk so far. That is just wrong!
Next rant is how people can use foodstamps and goverment help but drive a nicer car then me and can have their own smart phone and who go to the store and buy a alcohol every weekend. If you have money for all of the luxurys then you don't need hand outs. Get a job and stop being a lazy ass for once in your life! Also people who refuse to get a job and live off welfare annoy me. WELFARE was never intended to be a career oppertunity.
I have another rant for all of these people who think guns are bad....GUNS DONT KILL PEOPLE. PEOPLE KILL PEOPLE. Taking them away from innocent people isn't going to help. Criminals are still going to get their hands on guns...they dont care about laws! All this is will do is take away our rights to protect ourselves from criminals. Also people who blame video games for violence.....REALLY???? There were crimes since the beginning of time and video games weren't the cause there, people just always try to look for something else to blame things on. Why not the simple fact there are sick people in this world....that seems far more rational in my head!
Prescriptions! Enough said!!! They are so over priced. When you know they can make the same exact thing in a generic form. The doctors a lot of the time try and put you on something you cannot afford and when you ask for generic they look at you like you are crazy! Sorry Doc we can't all afford what you can on your salary JERK! LOL
These are just a few things that really grind my gears! Specials Thanks to Sally Hughes for the idea for today's blog since we both have many things that grind our gears! LOL Also Peter Griffin in family guy!
Later!

Love and Marriage
To all the non single ladies who's man liked them so much he put a ring on it. LOL Here we are to talk about marriage advice. Or if you are happily engaged! Or if you are just really in love....I welcome all readers. I will be married 3 years come June 2013 but I have been in a relationship for 8 years come September of 2013 and I have learned A LOT in those years and here is some of my advice, funny stories and just overall opinion.First of all I don't think some people work hard enough to keep a marriage together. Some people are so quick to give up on it and that makes me really sad. I don't believe in divorce. (unless cheating or mental/physical abuse) Maybe it is from watching my mom go through them and the fact of all the heartbreak. Okay so enough sadness there...NOW I want to start by saying I am not the perfect wife...I make mistakes just like everybody does. My husband and I find ourselves disputing over stupid things sometimes....
Some of those include:
*What to eat for dinner? Neither one of us ever seem to know that answer...good thing no one holds a gun to our head to make us decide.
Also a pet peeve of mine is when my husband leaves a towel on the floor...drives me nuts. We have lived together a long time before we were married so we knew what these issues were that drove us nuts about one another.
Honestly, though over the years we have learned to stop those fights by looking at one another and saying "Let's stop this fight is stupid" Marriage is all about picking your battles and some are just not worth fighting over. Like my husband always says when I am upset about something "Is this something that is gonna affect you life in the next week" and most of the time it isnt....it is just everyday stress. The best part of my marriage is the fact is that we grow together everyday and there is never a boring day. I love my husband so much and I am very blessed. Communication and Trust are the too biggest things you need in a marriage, if either one fail then that weakens your marriage.
Just always remember to always realize that you love this person and never taken them for granted. Happy Wives-Happy Lives, Happy Husbands=Happy Wives

Customer Service isn't for the weak!
Customer services jobs are not for everyone. They can sometimes be one of the most challenging jobs out there. Keeping your patience and your cool with customer who really get under your skin and who don't have the brain god gave a goose. I often have to remind myself that working in customer service with all these customers whom seem to lack a brain that it is really job security because without them would we really have a job? Honestly I am grateful I have a job but I think it is a good thing to vent about all the joys of customer service! (Insert Sarcasm)
I myself work from home for Directv. I do tech support. It seems to be there are an outrageous number of people who believe that if there is snow caked on their dish they will still get satellite signal!!! But with all jobs in customer services comes the crazy questions, down right mean people and sometimes even the disgusting people.
Customer- "I am not getting a picture on my tv"
Me- "Is the TV turned on right now"
Customer-"N0"
And I am sitting here on mute laughing at you. Yep that is pretty much my job. I am sure you have had the pleasure of meeting one of those people who you know they created warning labels for! Haha
Have a great day my friends!

True Friendship...is it just a myth?
You see them on TV, movies, and in your latest novel by your favorite author but never in real life. What I am talking about is a best friend. I can honestly say I don't have one beside my husband and my mother. I feel I am not alone in that boat! I have people who are friends or who are friendly acquaintances. They say you can count the number of true friends on 1 hand and here I am with 2 fingers counted on this ole hand of mine. Now I am not here to pout or to mope around I guess it is just that I feel I had more genuine friendships when I was 7 years old then I do today. I find that a little sad....Lack of true friendship in the world I miss that feeling of being little and just having that one friend who would always have your back. There are good friends and bad friends throughout your life. Honestly the bad will sometimes outweigh the good. But having true friends is worth waiting for! Some of you may have that one friend who is really just just a ASKHOLE! And yes I said Askhole. Definition of a Askhole – a person who constantly asks for your advice, yet always does the opposite of what you told them. Come on that was funny because who hasn't got a friend like that? I mean you know they don't gotta take your advice but they ask and ask and still make a dumb decision you kinda wanna smack them upside the head. Haha...
I read a study out there that the percentage of people who still talked to old friends from high school was 5%. Yikes!!! Yes there is Facebook. Where you have your own little private window into old friends lives where you can see how they are doing but honestly Facebook has made friendships lazy I think. I have some amazing Facebook friends and I love to see what each of them are doing in their lives so I am not bashing Facebook one bit. But maybe you should just pick up that phone and close out that Facebook application and call and talk to someone on the phone and ask them how their day went instead of waiting for them to update it on their status?
Dangerous Mind is out for now...tata
